Waitrose 2025 Like For Like Programme - Design
HCPM were employed by Paul Earl Limited to carry out Electrical Design for Waitrose’s 2025 L4L Programme.
Design included representing Paul Earl at surveys and meetings to produce an Electrical Design incorporating LV Distribution, Cable Management, Small Power, Lighting, Data, Communications, Security, Fire Alarm and Mechanical Power on 7no. Waitrose Core Stores across the UK working with Waitrose key supply chain partners for specialist packages.
NEXT Bluewater – Tender Support
HCPM worked with Princebuild in managing the MEPH Packages for their tender offer for the fit out of a new NEXT store at Bluewater Shopping Centre.
HCPM issued tender enquiries to the NEXT nominated supply chain, managing RFI and Addendums issued throughout the process. Tender Returns were adjudicated on behalf of Princebuild with HCPM recommending their preferred packages for the bid.
WH Smith - various Surveys
WH Smiths agent Oaksmere Ltd employed HCPM to survey and issue condition reports on WH Smith branches based on proposed building works within each building and the impact on the Electrical Services.
Woodford Green Preparatory School - Design
Woodford Green Preparatory School contacted HCPM to investigate potential issues that could be experienced with the installation of a new VRV Heat Pump Installation.
HCPM used Electrical data collected by the school through various supply chain partners to establish the Electrical Supply to the building would be satisfactory and would support the new AC Systems. This was a successful outcome for the school, with HCPM involved in the planning and implementation of a new Incoming Supply from the District Network Operator.
